Dear Rob:
It has been three years since Glenna and I moved into our house in Potomac Landing and I felt compelled to write this letter of appreciation. Now that some time has gone by and the “newness†has worn off, we can honestly say that selecting you to build our house was one of the best choices we have ever made. I have told you this before, but want to say it again, that working with you during the construction period was a pleasure, an excellent example of how to create, build, and maintain good customer relations. You paid attention to every little detail, kept us informed of any issues that arose, and never once caused us to worry about anything.
Most of all, what was very important to us, was relying on an expert builder that would see the same vision we had for our house, look carefully at the entire project, and provide us with a clear, concise estimate of the work involved and the cost. The construction started on time and ended as promised. The tradesmen you employed were great to work with; they all did a professional job.
Once again, Glenna and I want to extend our sincere thanks to you and your whole team for the outstanding work you performed building our home. We want you know we are very impressed with the manner by which you and your company conduct business. Very professional!
